Registration
Registration comprises abstract booklet, proceedings CD, coffe breaks, three lunches and the conference banquet.
Regular: 460 euro
Student: 260 euro. Students will need to send a certificate signed by their PhD/Master advisor confirming their status either via mail at info@incentivecongressi.com or via fax at +39030383290. Only official documents are accepted, where the contact details of the institution and of the supervisor are clearly identifiable.
Late registration (after February 22, 2009): add 70 euro
Additional banquet ticket for accompanying person: 50 euro
Please note that ISOCS membership is not yet available.
Problem with the credit card payment system is solved.
Visa
Depending on your citizenship and the duration and reasons for your stay you may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy. Normally the simplest choice is a touristic visa. Please check on the Italian Ministery of Foreign Affairs (website).
In case you need a visa, the application can be made at the Italian Diplomatic and Consular Representations in your country of residence.
